Guadalmina Baja runs down to the beach and Guadalmina Alta sits on the other side of the A-7, beside the golf course. One junction links them, so it pays to know where it is.
Wide streets and parking on your own plot
This is villa country with private driveways. Unlike central Marbella, the car sleeps at the house and car parks never enter the conversation.
From here to Ronda or Estepona without crossing Marbella
The AP-7 slip road is two minutes away and skips all of Marbella's urban traffic. For trips west or into the mountains it is a faster base than the centre.

About 45 minutes on the AP-7, with the motorway entrance two minutes from the urbanisation.
Which car works well here?
Any, large ones included. The streets are wide, the villa entrances too, and you never depend on public bays.
Is anything within walking distance?
The Guadalmina shopping centre and the beach, yes. For dinner out or Banús you need the car: five and ten minutes respectively.
What mileage does the rental include?
Between 150 and 200 km a day depending on the model. If you are doing Ronda, Sotogrande or Granada, tell us and we adjust it before signing.
